It was bright a cheerful and could tie our red couch in so that's not just a big red couch. Anyway, so I decided to paint the room a yellow. (Banana cream is the tint we ended up with in Behr paint...) And WOW, what a difference! Well first off, getting that nasty dark wall paper down brightened the room, but adding the color just made the room feel so much nicer, brighter and open. (I'll post a picture soon)
Now I'm trying to decide on my next project. Office? Kitchen? both have hideous decor. And since we don't have the money/time to move walls quite yet, I might as well be happy when I walk into the room until we can.
In other news, WE HAVE BABY GRASS! So our seeding has begun to work. We of course have crab grass and weeds as well, but there is some grass out there. It's sort of moss looking at the moment. But it's exciting. We'll definitely have to seed again, but it's working. I'm very excited to start getting rid of my dirt front lawn.

I love that fabrick. It reminds me of the curtains I made for our kitchen at trolley tracks. Great choice.
I promise that I know how to spell favric. I mean fabric...hee hee
