I started a 365 project this year to force myself to get to know my camera and learn how to be a better photographer. My ultimate goal is to capture my girls (and any future children) as they grow up. Eventually this blog will become a book and I’d like them to be able to flip through and see how they were when they were little. Anyway, because of this 365 project there have been a lot of pictures taken so far this year. This is a bunch of random favorites throughout the month of January.
Hanging out on the rug:
Clara’s ready for a nap at grandma Smith’s house, and Stephen attempted to capture a shot of one of my unique up-dos.
Hanging out inside the house:
Clara learned to stand on her own this month and readily shows it off. Samantha loves to multi-task: coloring is always better when doing it while watching TV (note her lovely coloring inside of the lines!) Also this month, I got a new rug. I replaced our itty-bitty 5x8 rug with an 8x10. It’s made a huge difference in making the room feel together, bigger and softer.
Hanging out outside:
When it’s not too cold out, Samantha enjoys playing outside. Usually it also requires a daddy to be there (or near).
Hanging out at baby showers:
I’ve had quite a few baby showers the past few months (all of which were girls!). Here are a couple of my creations.
