A few pictures from Delaware

The weather was really nice in Delaware and so one day we decided to have a picnic at Valley Garden. We used to go there all the time while I was growing up. It's an old DuPont family plantation/estate (like everything in Delaware) and it doesn't have any playground equipment. Instead it has fields of daffodils a bunch of little ponds (with snapping turtles and tadpoles) and lots of trees. It was really pretty the day we went (and warm... we all got a little bit of sun).

Pulling mommy's hair

Samantha can now get up on her knees, she can also scoot (army crawl) the length of a room. But this is her new favorite pose. It's always the right leg bent and the left leg straight... she does it in the tub too.. sadly she can't balance quite yet and made a nasty dive into the tub wall.

On Sunday, Samantha wouldn't take a nap after church even though she was exhausted. So my mom put her standing up in her crib. She absolutely loved it! She holds onto the side for dear life and is extremely pleased with herself.

Wow, is she cute. It's looks like you had super weather in Deleware, gotta love fields of flowers and flowering trees! Does Samantha have dimples? I love visiting your blog, now if Stephen could tell us about his World tour, that would be great. Good luck on your move.

Yep, Samantha does indeed have dimples. One on each cheek at one on her chin.
