I looked out the window and what did I see

popcorn popping on the apricot tree? NO! Spring has brought me such a great surprise, it's snow flakes falling right before my eyes! I could take a handful sopping wet, a slushy ball is so out of place. I thought it was spring, obviously it's not. Snow flakes cover the ground in Minnesota in April. (okay, my rhyming really faltered on the last line I ran out of steam...)

We had a lovely snowstorm yesterday

Samantha is 7 months today! Her newest trick is going up on her knees and rocking. So I'm guessing in the next few weeks she'll figure out how to move forward. She does scoot army-crawl style a couple inches if she likes something just outside her reach.

As far as the house, we're set to close on May 2nd as soon as the bank selling the house agrees. Hopefully everything goes smoothly with the loan application and everything that's left, I really don't want to wait longer than that...
