Sammi-ism

I just remembered something else Samantha said while my mom and brother were here.

Samantha was very excited to see grandma and upon waking up was asking when she could go into my mom’s room.  She said she was up so we went in.  Mom, being a grandmother, had brought gifts for Samantha and Clara.  She had gotten some adorable pajamas for both girls, and even some Christmas jammies so they could wear them all December long.  However, the FIRST gift she gave Samantha was sugar cereal.  Specifically the “Monster” cereal from General Mills.  She was ecstatic.

Franken Berry Count Chocula

She’s had them every morning since she got them.  My mom even bought the fruit snacks for her and she’s been enjoying those as well.

Anyway, here’s the funny story.  sorry in advance for not being very eloquent.

When I saw Destin I commented on how tan he was looking (saying something along the lines of “wow, you’re dark”)  I don’t know if it was actually how tan my brother is (he has much more Olive Skin than I do, and can tan 3 shades darker by going outside for 5 seconds) or the fact that his hair is also very dark and I’m not really accustomed to it since I’ve haven’t been around him much since we graduated High School and then he had his hair a million different shades including bleach blonde.  Well the first thing Samantha said to Destin was “you’re dark!”  Then she declared that Destin’s favorite color is brown, and that the Count Chocula cereal was his favorite (he hates chocolate) and that it’s him on the cover.  She told him that the pink cereal was hers and declared her favorite color to be “fruit”.
