For Halloween I wasn’t going to dress up this year, not enough energy in me to make a costume of some kind. However, somehow Samantha got it into her mind that “daddy will be Eugene for Halloween”. And so with a great heave of non-energy I somehow managed to pull off “Tangled”. Samantha’s dress was already made from her birthday party, I made Stephen a vest (out of turquoise suede) and shoe covers a day before the ward party, Trying to get Clara into theme I decided to re-use Samantha’s white kitty costume into a Maximus outfit (mad props to me on thinking up THAT idea. Clara was just going to go as a cat… but I felt bad she wasn’t “in theme”) and I wore an old formal dress (that was red with a black overlay) borrowed a cape from the Smiths and curled my hair and called myself Mother Gothel.

Trick or Treating on Halloween:
One of our neighbors was dressed up as Rapunzel too. Her sister and she were quite excited to see Flynn Rider!
