Utah - Smith Family Reunion - Tuesday

Tuesday was another busy day.  Some of the men and teenagers went on a hike “to the top of a mountain”, Stephen and Scott went on a bike ride up to the hot pots.  And the rest of us entertained the remaining 35 kids. :)  They were actually very entertained doing all sorts of crafts.  Grandma had brought up all sorts of things for the kids to make “Glacier Bugs” we also had crowns, necklaces, flower barrettes, and the older girls made up relays for the younger kids to do complete with prizes.  Around 3 o’clock (so right when all the younger kids are getting cranky) we did another photoshoot with all the kids in their aprons/shirts that grandma made them.

If you noticed, the Smiths like line-ups.  They actually have line-up pictures all throughout growing up.  Maybe that’s how they knew they had all 9 kids.

That night we had s’mores and glow sticks outside.  And after everyone was in their jammies we watched a slide show of all the pictures taken (or at least most of them).  The kids loved seeing themselves.  And yes, Samantha is wearing her cousin’s crown.
