Brazilian night

Stephen’s been dying to host a “brazilian night” for a while.  When he found someone in our ward that had lived in Brazil and knew how to make the food, it was settled.  So we invited a couple friends over to Stephen’s parent’s house and had a delicious dinner of Feijoada, Pão de Queijo, a salad (jicima, red peppers and mango topped with a jalapeño and avocado dressing), and to get it all down: some Guarana.  It was delicious!  I may try to make it myself one of these days if I can find some good alternatives to imported meat from Brazil.
