This year for Christmas on Stephen’s side we had his brother’s family (5 kids). For whatever reason I decided to make each one of them a hat. A month or so of crocheting, a couple hats remade a few times and I finally had all 7 hats to send off about a week before Christmas.
Niece: 18 months, favorite color: pink

Niece: 9 (?) years, favorite color: red

On my side of the family we had my sister Maraina (19). I made her hat as well, and made a matching scarf on Christmas Eve. She actually got to open unfinished projects as I finished sewing in the ends and adding tassels to the scarf on Christmas day. I unfortunately didn’t manage to get a picture of them finished so she’ll have to send me one. When I asked her her favorite color she said “blue-green and I like coral too”
