We’re a little slow on Sunday mornings. Despite living right next to the church I have yet to make it there before 9:15 (starts at 9). Oops? This Sunday I wasn’t feeling too well and so Stephen came to show me these picture he snapped of Samantha while she ate her Cheerios.
She had been wearing pajamas but decided to put on her (dirty) clothes from the previous day right when she woke up. She also found her backpack and stuffed it with all of her sweaters hanging in her closet (There are 6 sweaters in that backpack, she couldn’t even get it on without help). The tiara is from Friday night when our ward had a “Game Night”. We played old school games (ie Perfection, cooties, Balderdash from a dictionary, etc) and won tickets. At the end of the night we could use our tickets to buy prizes. I beat out my sister-in-law in silent auction for the tiara and Samantha absolutely loves it.
Another note on the game night. Stephen was the most entertaining competitive person there. I’ve never seen someone so frantic to put together an ant-creature from Cooties, or playing Perfection (which he beat the timer). You gotta make it fun, I suppose. Everyone loved watching him.
